Background
Tritax Big Box plays a vital role in keeping the UK’s supply chain moving. As owners of the country’s largest logistics investment and land development portfolio, they give established and growing businesses the space they need to thrive. In simple terms, Tritax builds and manages vast logistics and storage facilities positioned at key junctions across the UK and Europe.
Brief
Although Tritax had a strong reputation and an impressive portfolio, their brand identity didn’t reflect the scale, ambition, or energy of the business. Their communications felt fragmented, and there was no clear or consistent identity that could grow with them. The task was to create a more joined-up, confident brand that could represent the business at every level, from investor relations to on-site signage.

The logistics world is often seen as functional and a little impersonal. Tritax wanted to stand out by showing a more human, consistent, and engaging side to their business – one that felt every bit as dynamic as the clients they support.
Solution
Accommodating Your Future – an evolution of their previous positioning, Accommodating the Future – became the foundation of the new brand. It introduced a more personal and forward-looking tone, bringing warmth and relevance to all their communications.
The project developed through several stages, each one refining and strengthening the brand’s clarity and consistency. In its next phase, the new identity was brought into Tritax’s workplaces – helping to bring the brand and its values to life through spaces designed to engage, connect, and inspire their teams.
The refreshed visual identity focused on creating clear, distinctive elements that could work seamlessly across every touchpoint – a refined colour palette, a redrawn brandmark, a confident typographic style, and flexible graphic assets.
