Brief
With the prospect of launching a major new online offer, Kandola needed a way to frame their products and services, and shape the Kandola+ ‘way’ – how they set their priorities, how they innovate their offer, and set out the difference they are trying to make – to deliver on their vision.

The Power of Diversity
– the new brand strategy for Kandola, brings a fresh perspective to everything D&I, with the intent to create a movement that transcends corporate life and becomes a culture, making positivity about D&I a lifestyle choice. The Kandola+ movement has inclusivity at its heart and invites membership for all, and celebrates the positive benefits of making D&I integral to our way of thinking.

Kandola is not an educational resource designed to make employees within corporates D&I-compliant, it becomes a way of life.

The Power of Diversity

The concept for the new Brand Identity was inspired by characters found in language that is increasingly used as shorthand – the special characters we use to communicate. These special characters begin to communicate and support the Power of Diversity – everyone is different, and everybody communicates in slightly different ways. It’s these characters that became the building blocks for the new identity system.
